Cranberry Township has been honored by a statewide organization for their efforts to communicate with residents during 2016.
The awards were presented as a part of the annual Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors competition in which 36 second class townships submitted entries and 21 received awards.
Cranberry was awarded first place in Social Media as well as first and third place in the Audiovisual Communications Category for two separate video productions.
Entries were judged on usefulness and presentation of information as well as overall attractiveness and readability.
