A new townhouse development is coming to Cranberry Township.
The 112 unit plan was approved last week by the board of supervisors. It will be built on Freedom Road.
There were some concerns with open space requirements along with density and impervious surface issues.
Officials also say the development will offer a significant pedestrian system of sidewalks and trails for both the residents and visitors.
