The public is invited to join in a fun fishing event Wednesday afternoon in Cranberry.
Family Fishing Fun is scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. at the Graham Park fishing pond.
This is a catch-and-release experience for anyone two years or older. Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission experts will teach basic fishing technique, safety, and outdoor etiquette as well as offer advice. Participants can bring their own gear or borrow equipment at the pond.
The fee for this event is $5 for Cranberry residents and $7 for non-residents. No fishing license is necessary but pre-registration is required. Visit Cranberry4FUN.com/register. An identical event will be held Wednesday, August 10th.
