Cranberry Township is once again celebrating being named a banner community.
The award is given by Allegheny County and the Allegheny League of Municipalities.
This is the 10th consecutive year the township has won the award which recognizes a commitment to professional development, fiscal management, transparency, and active communications.
Cranberry is one of 16 municipalities to have been part of this program since it was created ten years ago.
