A local attorney from Cranberry is running for state representative.
Stephenie Scialabba announced her candidacy to seek the Republican nomination for the new 12th Legislative District.
She’s currently an attorney with a Pittsburgh-based law firm and specializes in cybersecurity, data privacy matters, and healthcare.
She said in a statement that she will support election integrity, property tax reform, and infrastructure funding.
The seat for the 12th District is open after the retirement of longtime State Representative Daryl Metcalfe.
