There were 12 new COVID-19 cases for Butler County Wednesday according to the Department of Health.
This marks the first double digit case count in nearly three weeks.
The state also reported a new death for the county, bringing it to 19 total deaths.
Today’s report comes with 134 negative tests—which is an 8.2 percent positivity rate.
As of Monday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital is treating two patients for the coronavirus, with no one in the ICU.
Overall, the state reported 816 new cases, 21 new deaths, and around 13,000 negative tests.
