The Butler County treasurer is reminding residents of some municipalities that the final day to pay county real estate taxes is right around the corner.
Residents in Butler City, Callery, Connoquenessing Borough, Karns City, and West Sunbury must pay their county real estate tax by December 31st.
The treasurer also says that no personal checks will be accepted after this Friday. After that all cash, money orders, and cashier checks will be accepted in person until Monday, January 3rd due to the holiday weekend.
The treasurer’s office is located inside the county government building.
