A public comment period is open for the new Butler County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
It’s a requirement for the county to update the ordinance every 10 years, and officials say there are minor changes to this particular one.
County officials had been working on the updated plan since last March.
It’s now posted for public comment on the county’s website.
