Tuesday is the final day to register for a series of gardening classes beginning later this month.
The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring the Master Gardeners Series at Alameda Park every Tuesday from March 22 through April 26. This six week series will be taught from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Topics to be taught include preparing a garden for spring, composting, bugs and other pests, attracting butterflies, weeds and vegetable container gardening.
Seating is limited. Each class costs $20 or you can register for all six for $100. Call 724-284-5383 to register today.
