Young people interested in learning more about what it takes to offer responsible child care are welcome to attend a local class offered this weekend.
The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Safe Sitter Babysitter’s Training Class this Saturday at the Slippery Rock Park Building.
This class is designed for ages 11 to 15 and emphasizes prevention, safety, responsibility, leadership, and professionalism. The cost to attend this class is $49 per person and includes all books and materials needed.
