The woman who has accused the Butler County President Judge of sexual misconduct has filed an amended complaint in federal court revealing her identity.
Crystal Starnes had previously been referred to in court documents as “Jane Doe” but a U.S. District Judge ordered her to either identify herself in court documents or drop the lawsuit.
Starnes- a Butler County probation officer- is accusing Judge Thomas Doerr and other county employees of workplace discrimination after she ended a years-long sexual relationship with Doerr that began shortly before she was hired to work for the county.
