Attorney General Josh Shapiro says all 67 counties in the state have agreed to terms on a settlement with opioid manufacturers.
Shapiro helped negotiate the $26 billion settlement along with 13 other attorney generals in the U.S.
With every county on board, Pennsylvania will receive its full allotment of more than $1 billion.
Local governments will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of the funds, but it most go toward efforts to reduce opioid use.
