Travel delays are expected Tuesday morning for northbound traffic on I-79 in Cranberry Township, as construction crews continue work on replacing a bridge over North Boundary Road.
Starting at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, PennDot says the northbound travel lanes will be shifted to new temporary lanes in the median.
During the switch, traffic will be restricted to one lane. This is phase 2 of a two-year $14.6 million project.
The southbound I-79 bridge over North Boundary Road was replaced during the construction season last year.
