Congressman Mike Kelly will be in Butler County Wednesday to honor a Cranberry Township-based manufacturer.
MECCO is a 127-year-old manufacturer of industrial part identification systems. Kelly will present the company with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Achievement Certificate, which recognizes businesses that have used the U.S. Commercial Service to help them expand sales into foreign markets.
The company successfully entered the Mexican market by identifying a viable local partner and providing a product marking solution to a Fortune 500 manufacturer there.
