Cabot-based senior residential and care provider Concordia Lutheran Ministries has purchased 134 acres of land in Penn Township.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the terms of the sale between from the Raymond Lassinger Family Trust and their company, Associated Ceramics and Technology and Concordia, were not disclosed.
Plans for the Route 8 property, which includes the historic building known as The Mansion, are also unclear. Representatives of Concordia did not immediately return the Butler Radio Network’s request for comment.
Concorida has several locations throughout the region including in Cranberry, Wexford, Monroeville and the South Hills.
