The battle in the courts over mail in ballots continues but this time in Commonwealth Court.
In a 2-1 ruling, the Commonwealth Court ruled counties must alert voters if their ballot has a mistake.
Now depending on the mistake and the county, voters may be able to cure the ballot or they will have to vote provisionally.
