The College Football Bowl Playoff pairings were announced Sunday. The games will be played New Year’s Eve:
#2 Alabama will meet #3 Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl. Top seed Clemson will face #4 Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. The National Championship game will be January 11th.
Pitt (8-4) is going to the Military Bowl in Annapolis, Maryland and will face Navy (9-2) December 28th.
Penn State (7-5) will play January 2nd in the TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida against Georgia (9-3).
