The City of Butler is raising the amount that it charges Butler County for jury parking at the courthouse.
The agreement to provide parking spaces to jurors will be at a price of $4 per car per day as of January 1st.
That is an increase over the current rate of $3 per car per day.
According to Parking Manager Jimmy Chiprean, income from the county for these spots has amounted to over $8,000 for the city so far this year through September.
