The City of Butler will be purchasing a vehicle and some equipment from Butler Township.
Butler City Council approved a motion to buy a 2002 GMC C8500 Dump Truck with one plow, one tailgate spreader and trailer for $8,000.
The truck is expected to be utilized by the Butler City Streets Department after being a part of the Butler Township Streets fleet.
The city also decided to advertise for bids to sell a 1997 Ford F-700 Streets Department truck.
