An important tax deadline is coming up this Wednesday.
Butler City Treasurer Jeff Smith reminds city residents that Set. 30 is the last date to pay Butler School taxes at a 2 percent discount in person at the Butler City Treasurer’s office.
People can also mail payments however they must be postmarked no later than Sept. 30.
Taxes paid after that will be due at the face value amount.
