Police say a Butler City man allegedly sent explicit photos of himself to an underage girl.
Police charged 29-year-old Steven Fulmer with multiple counts of unlawful contact with a minor and harassment.
The investigation began on August 3rd after police received a Childline tip about Fulmer allegedly sending explicit photos to a 14-year-old girl.
Following their investigation, police found the photos on the teen’s cell phone and were able to confirm that Fulmer was the individual who had sent the pictures.
Police were able to make contact with Fulmer through his probation officer on August 19th and he was arraigned soon thereafter.
