A 4-year-old is recovering after being bitten by a neighbors pit bull on Friday evening.
This incident took place on Clarion Avenue in Parks Twp., Armstrong County while the boy was playing on the property of 35-year-old Michael Milanak. The dog bit the boy on the face and head. He was transported to Forbes Regional Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Summary charges will be filed against Milanak for failing to have his dogs rabies vaccination up to date.
