Police are accusing a Chicora man of harassment following an incident last week in Clearfield Township.
According to State Police, troopers were called out to North Clearfield Road Thursday around 6:30 p.m. for a reported assault.
An investigation determined that 38-year-old Steven Hovis allegedly struck a 63-year-old man in the head for no reason.
Hovis is also accused of keying the man’s car and kicking in the rear fender.
