One person is facing charges after a one car crash that injured two people in Cherry Township last month.
The Butler State Police say that just before 6pm on June 26th, a car driven by 20-year-old Robert Whitlatch of Kennerdell was traveling north on West Sunbury Road when Whitlatch lost control of the car.
Authorities say that the car struck a utility pole and a boulder before coming to a final stop.
Officials say that Whitlatch and his passenger were not wearing their seatbelts, and suffered minor injuries. They were treated at the scene.
However, the State Police did arrest Whitlatch on suspicion of DUI. He was also cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
