An appeal filed in Pennsylvania may see a potential presidential candidate removed from the ballot on election day.
A challenge has been filed against Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to remove him from Pennsylvania’s 2024 ballot. The challenge claims that Kennedy Jr. has “ineligible signature and defects.”
There are two other party candidates currently facing challenges in Commonwealth court.
