Central Electric Cooperative employees will continue to maintain essential service for customers while adding protective measures.
During this time of national crisis, members should continue to contact CEC as they have in the past by phone or online or SmartHub for any service needs.
CEC asks that members practice social distancing from employees that they see working in the community for the safety of all involved.
CEC has suspended all service shutoffs for past due accounts until further notice. CEC is willing to work with members who are having difficulties paying their bill. Members are also asked to be alert for potential scams during this time.
