The Pennsylvania Sports Writers All-State Boys Basketball teams were released Tuesday. Robby Carmody of Mars was selected to the First Team in 5A and was named the 5A “Player of the Year”. Butler’s Ethan Morton has been named to the 6A First Team. Both were the only players from Western Pennsylvania to receive First Team honors in the top two classes.
