Crews were called to a car vs. bear accident early Friday in northern Butler County.
The crash was reported to the Butler County 911 Center about 5:15 a.m. on Branchton Road, just east of its intersection with Route 308, in Cherry Township.
Early reports indicate a woman hit a bear with her car. The car was initially disabled on the roadway but crews were able to remove it.
The driver reportedly sustained minor injuries.
