Emergency responders were dispatched to a vehicle into water in the city of Butler early Wednesday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly around 12:15 p.m. for a vehicle into Sullivan Run near the Medicine Shoppe.
One woman was stuck inside the vehicle when crews arrived. She was talking to first responders as they tried to extricate her from the vehicle. Police would not comment on her condition.
Witnesses say she backed out of the Medicine Shoppe parking lot and landed nearly vertical in the waterway, which was only about six inches deep.
