As you think about preparing a Thanksgiving turkey this year, you have another tool in your back pocket in case you get stuck.
You can now text turkey-related questions to Butterball for the first time.
The company has been fielding phone calls for three decades and will open their regular phone help line Tuesday but in addition, text message questions will be answered beginning Nov. 17 through Thanksgiving Day.
Cooks can text questions at any time of the day and experts- not robots- will be on-call 24 hours a day. The number to text is 844-877-3456.
People can also still reach the company’s experts through email or social media.
