The 34th Butter Sculpture at the Pennsylvania Farm Show was unveiled yesterday.
The butter sculpture features a life size dairy cow near a methane digester in a Pennsylvania farm backdrop, with a cityscape in the distance.
The sculpture created by Conshohocken artists, who were given 1,000 pounds of butter donated by Land O’Lakes in Carlisle.
It will be displayed in the Main Hall of the Pennsylvania Farm Show from Jan. 4 to the eleventh and will then be recycled and converted into renewable energy through the farm’s methane digester.
