The local chapter of the Twilight Wish organization has helped a Butler Township woman stay in her home.
Virginia Boda is 91 years ‘young’ and her friends and family say she is a tremendous person inside and out. Her wish was for a safer bathroom so she could remain in her home.
Twilight Wish granted her with a handheld shower and grab bar. The Nonprofit Development Corporation assisted with the installation.
The mission of Twilight Wish is to honor our oldest generations by fulfilling their wishes. The wishes can range from immediate quality-of-life needs (like a lift chair or hearing aid) to the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
