A Butler Township woman and her disabled dog will appear on a nationally syndicated television show on Thursday.
Tanya Diable and her hound mix ‘Boone’ will be on the Rachel Ray Show.
Diable will be talking about her nonprofit Joey’s P.A.W., which stands for prosthetics and wheels. The group was created last year, and has already helped more than 80 dogs with disabilities.
Diable says she is always powerfully affected when these dogs are able to walk and run again.
“It brings tears to my eyes,” Diable said during an interview on WISR 680AM earlier this week.
Joey’s P.A.W. provides money for dogs in need of custom prosthetics and wheelchairs. A fundraiser is planned for the end of November in Butler County. More information here.
