A familiar figure returned to the Butler Township Municipal Building to administer oaths of office to those beginning new roles or new terms.
The Honorable Judge Marilyn J. Horan administered the oaths of office to re-elected Commissioner Sam Zurzolo as well as newly elected Commissioner Edward Natali.
Butler Township’s Tax Collector and Volunteer Fire Department officials also received their oaths of office from Horan.
Commissioner Dave Zarnick was re-elected as board president with Zurzolo continuing in his role as vice-president of the board.
Former Township Commissioner Fred Vero has been appointed to the Butler Area Sewer Authority Board after expressing interest in writing to the Commissioners.
