The Butler Transit Authority is making modifications to their Pittsburgh commuter schedule in an effort to attract more riders.
Beginning at the end of the month (Jan. 28), all commuter routes will stop making stops on the North Shore of Pittsburgh- including on the North Side and the Allegheny T-stations.
The North Shore stops are being eliminated due to a lack of riders.
The authority will continue to operate to Pittsburgh, and there will be a couple extra trips added. A full schedule is available here.
The Butler-Pittsburgh commuter service is offered Monday through Friday. Real-time bus tracking is available via butlertransit.com and through the MyStop app. Non-smart phone users can text BU plus the stop number to 321123.
A one-way cash fare is $5.
