Butler Township has awarded their paving contract for the upcoming year and announced which roads will be paved.
Wiest Asphalt and Paving made the low bid of just under $780,000. Commissioner Joe Wiest abstained from that vote.
The roads that are scheduled to be paved for the upcoming year include North Duffy Road, Hansen Avenue, Bessemer Avenue, Camelot Drive, and a portion of Litman Road.
The Wiest bid was about $42,000 less than the next lowest bidder.
