Butler Township has amended some zoning ordinances.
The Butler Township Commissioners gave approval to the planned changes after a public hearing last week.
Many of the changes deal with residential cluster housing and will give developers more freedom to construct condominiums.
Minor changes have also been made to definitions and rules pertaining to communication towers and antennas.
