At least two people have been injured as a result of an accident in Butler Township Monday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just before 2 p.m. for a two vehicle crash on New Castle Road.
Butler Township Police and Fire Department as well as Butler EMS arrived on the scene to find multiple people in need of medical attention. The extent of those injuries is unknown at this time.
Both vehicles needed to be towed due to heavy front-end damage. Traffic was delayed for a time until crews were able to clear that scene.
