A teenager was killed in a vehicle crash on Sunday in Worth Township.
The two-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of Route 108 and the northbound on-ramp to Interstate 79 at 4:30 p.m.
State Police say an 18-year-old man- identified by the Mercer County Coroner’s Office as Cole Wilson of Franklin Township- was driving a Ford Fusion when he failed to stop at a stop sign. His car was struck on the driver’s side by 34-year-old Robert Richardson of Lawrence County who was operating a Subaru Forrester.
Police say both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. The teenager was taken to Grove City Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
There is no indication that Richardson is facing any charges.
