It was Butler Radio Network night on Wednesday at the Butler BlueSox game and over 800 people enjoyed a great night of local baseball.
The festivities started before the game outside Kelly Automotive Park with an acoustic performance by Amanda Noah-Muscatello, who also sang the national anthem.
WBUT’s Sports Sound Off show with host Tyler Friel broadcast live before the game on WBUT 1050 AM.
Kellen Sarver hit two home runs and scored three times to lead the BlueSox to a 5-3 win over the Lafayette Aviators.
Butler and Lafayette will have a rematch on Thursday. First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m.
