A Butler man is facing up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug charges.
24-year-old Damion Fray pleaded guilty in court earlier this week to one count of conspiring to distribute fentanyl in Butler.
The Department of Justice says Fray undertook this activity between January of 2017 and June of 2020. This investigation was carried out with the help of the State Police, the FBI, and the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force.
Fray will be sentenced in August and he will face up to 20 years in prison, a fine of one million dollars or possibly both.
