A 60-year-old Butler man is facing charges after he was found lying on a Butler Township roadway.
Butler Township Police say they found Jeffrey Fink lying alongside Whitestown Road just before 4 a.m. Saturday. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was taken into custody and released when sober. He will be charged with public drunkenness.
