Police arrested a man from Butler,PA on Monday January 23, 2017.
According to the police report 43-year-old William H. Anderson was caught entering Heasleys Nursery on Freeport Road and dumping numerous items of garbage on the property.
Anderson will be charged with Defiant Trespass and Scattering Rubbish.
