A Butler man is facing charges for home improvement fraud after he took money for projects that he never finished.
State police say multiple victims hired 41-year-old Billy Abrams and his company Billy’s Plumbing and Heating for home improvement projects.
However, police say he received payments and never finished the job. One victim told police he lost $4,800 on one project.
According to charging documents, these crimes date back to early February.
