A Butler man is facing multiple charges after allegedly passing out behind the wheel in December.
According to State Police, Christopher McGarvey was found passed out in his vehicle with the motor running at the New Castle Road Eat n Park shortly after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27th.
A search of the vehicle revealed 40 stamp bags of suspected heroin, a syringe, and a spoon.
McGarvey was arrested for DUI and drug possession.
