A local man is facing charges after creating a disturbance in Butler Township earlier this week.
Butler Township Police responded to the scene of an intoxicated man on Butler Road last Monday (11/28) shortly before 3 p.m.
According to police, 36-year-old Michael Parison of Butler was yelling and screaming as he staggered down the middle of the road and refused to move for traffic.
Parison was taken into custody and brought to the station before being released into the custody of a relative. He has been charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.
