A Butler man is in jail after allegedly threatening his girlfriend with a knife last weekend.
According to a criminal complaint, 20-year-old Lukas Safranek was arrested after police responded to a domestic disturbance Sunday (1/31) afternoon.
During the incident, Safranek allegedly held a long, straight bladed knife to his girlfriend’s throat and threatened to kill her.
Safranek is in the Butler County Prison awaiting a hearing Monday (2/8) on charges including felony Aggravated Assault.
