A group of local students has again achieved a high level of recognition at another regional competition.
Butler’s JROTC Raider team recently won first place in a Brigade/State competition held at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
Butler’s team was named the Overall Mixed Challenge Division Champions as well as earning first place distinction on the rope bridge, the physical fitness challenge, and the 3K run.
By advancing past 26 other schools in competition, Butler’s team will now be able to participate in the National Competition that is planned for Fort Knox, Kentucky in November.
