The Butler School District has hired a temporary, acting business manager.
Nick Morelli will fill in while the district’s director of business services position is vacant. Morelli is a retired school business manager with 36 years of experience.
He was recommended by new Superintendent Dr. Brian White, who says the two will work together when White starts in September to develop a list of qualifications for a full-time replacement.
Previous Butler business director Debbie Brandstetter left the district in May to take another position.
