Butler high school graduate and current Slippery Rock University sprinter Jasmine Bailey broke the all-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference record in the 400-meter dash Saturday at the Youngstown State National Invite. Bailey broke the eight-year old SRU record the week before, and shattered her own mark with a new time of 55.49 seconds. Her time tops the previous state record of 56.27 seconds set by Jennifer Farrow of Lock Haven in 2003.
